I also think he might be messed up.
I think that maybe he was verbally (maybe physically?) abused and finally got tired of it.
IDK.
If they punish him I think they should give him help first.
I saw the interview with him and he was completely emotionless. It was kind of scary. Maybe he's mentally challenged...?

I dont think he should be ied as an adult.

I mean what the frick, why would you give your 8 year old kid a gun?!
But OMG I saw another interview and the people asked him what he does during a normal day. He said that when he walks home he usually waits down the street until his mom comes home.
I wonder if he's afraid of his dad for some reason...?

^ On the same interview, I heard he got the gun from his dad, they also mentioned that, before the kids father was found dead a day before that, the kid's stepmom got mad at him or something.
